Suggestions

Travel comfortably by train
Florence is connected to the rest of Italy through the Regional, Intercity, and high-speed train system. The central train station is Florence – Santa Maria Novella. From here various bus services and the tram can take you to the Cascine Park in 5 minutes.

Florence is easily reachable by car.
The road network is directly connected to the ‘autostrada del Sole’ (A1 highway). From the south we recommend exciting at Firenze Sud and crossing the boulevards to reach Cascine. From the North the recommended exit is Firenze Scandicci. In both cases it’s about twenty minutes from the exits to the green heart of Florence, the Cascine Park.

The closest airports are in Florence, Pisa, Bologna, and Rome.
